    Seeking Class A Truck Drivers | Up to $0.65 CPM | 2,800 Miles/Week.

    SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION:

    • SOLO: .55 CPM START PAY, .01 CPM RAISE @ 6 MONTHS, & .04 CPM RAISE @ 1 YEAR TO A CAP OF .65 CPM. AVERAGE 2,800+ MILES WEEKLY
    • TEAM: .65 CPM (SPLIT), .01 CPM RAISE @ 6 MONTHS, & .01CPM RAISE @ 1 YEAR TO A CAP OF .72 CPM. AVERAGE 4,500+ MILES WEEKLY
    • LAYOVER PAY: $100 PER 24 HOUR PERIOD
    • DETENTION: $15.00 AFTER 2 HOURS FROM ON TIME ARRIVAL AT ALL SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS.
    • EXTRA STOP PAY: $20 FOR EACH, NOT TO INCLUDE THE FIRST AND LAST. NOTE: 90% OF OUR LOADS ARE ONE PICK UP - ONE DELIVERY. 100% ARE NO-TOUCH
    • NEW YORK CITY: NYC is a no force dispatch. However, we do pay an additional $75 for NYC loads

    BENEFIT SUMMARY:

    • MEDICAL/DENTAL: AFTER 90 DAYS
    • VACATION: 1 WEEK AFTER 1 YEAR
    • PAY PERIODS: PAID ONCE A WEEK: THURSDAY. SCAN PAPERWORK BEFORE 11:00 PM ON Monday. TO BE PAID THURSDAY. DRIVERS CAN GET DIRECT DEPOSIT TO THEIR EFS CARD OR THEIR BANK ACCOUNT OF CHOICE.
    • RIDER PROGRAM: ELIGIBLE ON DAY ONE, MUST COMPLETE PAPERWORK HAVING ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD OF RIDER. NO FEE CHARGED. KIDS 12 OR OLDER CAN RIDE A MAX OF 4 WEEKS A YEAR.
    • PET PROGRAM: ELIGIBLE TO HAVE A PET ON DAY ONE. REQUIRES A $250 "NON REFUNDABLE" DEPOSIT, WEIGHT LIMIT OF "ABOUT" 50LBS, MUST HAVE SHOT RECORDS. DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID OUT VIA WEEKLY PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS

    HOMETIME:

    • 21 DAYS OUT = 3 DAYS OF HOMETIME, ONE ADDITIONAL DAY OFF FOR EACH WEEK OUT BEYOND THREE WEEKS. MAXIMUM 7 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OFF REGARDLESS OF WEEKS OUT. EXAMPLE: SEVEN WEEKS OUT = 7 DAYS OFF - TEN WEEKS OUT = 7 DAYS OFF.
    • WE BUY BACK TIME OFF. Example (You have 7 days home time, you are ready to get back on the road after 4 days, we will buy back the un-used 3 days for $100 a day)

    • AUTOMATICS & A FEW TEN SPEED TRANSMISSIONS
    • TRUCKS GOVERNED AT 68 MPH
    • IN-CAB SCANNERS - VOLUNTARY PURCHASE VIA PAYROLL DEDUCTION
    • REFRIGERATORS IN ALL TRUCKS
    • SMARTDRIVE

    SERVICE AREA:

    TYPICALLY, WEST TX & WESTERN KS TO THE NORTHEAST AND EAST COAST. PRE-PLANNED BACK EITHER DIRECT TO TEXAS OR VIA THE MID-ATLANTIC, SOUTHEAST OR MIDWEST.

    SOME LOADS TO DENVER, THEN LOAD OUT OF WESTERN KS, EAST. 'FEEDER' LOADS' OUT OF DALLAS / FT WORTH AREA GET OUR TRUCKS TO WEST TX AND KS TO MOVE MEAT LOADS EAST.
