    Position Summary:
    The CRA Manager is an exclusive position available within Aware Recovery Care.

    CRAs are a part of a multidisciplinary Addiction Treatment team guiding and directing clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program which provides services for up to a full year.

    The CRA Manager has hands-on experience as a CRA and has exhibited strong leadership and communication qualities.


    Position Highlights:
    This is a hybrid position out of Concord, MAThis role is full-time non-exempt with an hourly salary rate of $23-$30/hour depending on licensure/ certifications, experience etc

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Effective and efficient management of a team of CRAsMonitor CRA Clinical documentation in the EMR systemAudit CRA weekly visit logs, mileage, and expensesAssign CRAs to new clients based on age, gender, location, and personal story matchServe as guidance for CRAs and mediators in situations of immediate need pertaining toclientsSupports and advocates for the CRA teamContinued employee development and identification of staff training needsExtract requested client and CRA data from the EMRReport any discrepancies in CRA audit reports, higher-level staff concerns, hiring and development needs to the Executive TeamPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
    High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    Minimum of 1 year as a CRA at ARC preferred.


    Preferred:

    2 years of lived experience in continuous recovery from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones.
