- Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GNSS & RTK firmware development.
- Must be a US citizen with an active passport and able to travel 2-3 times a year.
- Expertise in C and C++ programming, including modern C++ standards.
- Proficiency with embedded software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle tools (issue tracking, git, Jenkins/GitLab).
- Knowledge of memory management, linking process, firmware startup, Realtime OS.
- Develop and optimize complex GNSS/INS/navigation algorithms for efficient operation.
- Implement algorithms into software/firmware systems.
- Maintain high standards of software development documentation and version control.
- Position is onsite 4-5 days per week in Fort Wright KY.
- Experience with digital design (EE), RF design, ASIC design is a plus.
- The role may transition from contract to permanent hire.
