Job Overview:

As the Technical Sales Support Manager in Seattle, WA, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and supporting our client's innovative solutions for waterproof and mold-proof showers.

Your efforts will contribute directly to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Promoting company products and services to trade professionals and end-users.
Developing business by expanding product sales and establishing/maintaining distributor networks.
Utilizing CRM systems for efficient management of customer relationships.
Implementing and overseeing distributor pricing schedules.
Providing technical application and sales support to distribution and retail accounts.
Conducting on-site construction training and educational seminars.
Representing the company at trade shows and events.
Supporting sales team with certification class program development.
Identifying and pursuing new product development opportunities.
Assisting with technical publications and ensuring building code compliance.
Investigating and reporting product complaints.


Requirements Include:

Education:
No specific education requirement

Experience:
Background in sales and construction (e.g., tile, flooring, renovation, general contracting).


Skills:
Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong attention to detail.


Certifications:
None required

Knowledge:
Understanding of building codes and standards

Key Competencies:
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to travel 4 days a week.
Clean MVR/Driving record.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
