    Position Title: UI/UX Developer
    Location: Washington, DC
    Security Clearance Type: US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust clearance
    Position Status: Contract-Hire

    Responsibilities
    • Experienced User Interface (UI) developer to lead the design and development of the user interface for an integrated data-heavy .Net web application to support the client's internal business processes.
    • Develop a scalable, data driver, template-based design for the application UI
    • Ensure UI design is consistent with and integrates with overall application architecture
    • Implement appropriate UI framework(s) to ensure page security, performance and scalability
    • Ensure design and development result in 508-compliant products
    • Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and partners
    Skills Required
    • 4-year degree in Computer Science or related discipline
    • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience designing and developing web application UI using template-based design
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing Rich Internet Applications (RIA) using frameworks such as Sencha,
    • Strong experience working in the .Net technology stack
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies
    • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability
