- Conduct gym tours for prospective members, showcasing the facilities and amenities.
- Schedule new member orientations with personal trainers to introduce them to fitness programs and equipment.
- Follow up with leads and potential members to provide information, address inquiries, and encourage membership enrollment.
- Perform outbound lead calls to generate interest and promote membership benefits.
- Assist in membership sales by explaining membership options, benefits, and promotions.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the gym to enhance the member experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve membership targets and goals.
- Stay updated on fitness trends, programs, and services offered by Gold's Gym to provide accurate information to members.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with potential members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and programs is a plus.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4 pm8 pm, Saturday 8 am1 pm
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions.
