Job summary
The Ice Arena Administration is the first point of contact for guests and patrons entering the facility.This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks,
assisting with public skating sessions, managing skate rentals,
and supporting the daily operations of the front office.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival,
providing a welcoming and professional experience - Maintain accurate records
handle basic administrative tasks such as attendance logs,
warnings and incident reports
