- Receive tenant service requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Create/complete service requests and preventative maintenance tickets in Maximo.
- Dispatch tasks to Field Technicians.
- Print monthly PMs as needed and provide to the Chief Engineer.
- Filing, receptionist and updating site information.
- Meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
- Regularly run and review Open Service Orders and Open PMs reports to ensure timely completion.
- Work with Microsoft Office Suite to produce professional, accurate documents as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience
- Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio and especially Excel)
- Excellent calendar management skills including experience with Outlook
- Experience with use of office equipment and arranging travel and meetings
- Must have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor
- Ability to use good judgment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle concurrent, multiple job tasks
