    Company Description

    Job Description
    • Start-up and or shutdown molding machines and auxiliary equipment as needed.
    • Change mold in machine for different production runs.
    • Adjusts process parameters to insure high quality at production standards. Maintain records of adjustments.
    • Successfully trouble shoot problems on machines, molds, robots and can successfully make adjustments in order to maintain quality/production.
    • Change pneumatic fixtures and end effectors on robotic work cells.
    • Set-up sonic welder and drill presses.
    • Set-up/perform tool (arm) changes, adjustments, re-teach robots and calibrate all robotic equipment as necessary.
    • Perform daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly PM service as required on machines, molds and robots, keeping records/logs on same.
    • Responsible for writing work orders to insure repair of machines or molds.
    • Keep machines, robots and work areas clean, safe and orderly.
    • Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced.
    • Responsible for a neat and orderly work area.
    • May be required to work in other departments and in other job classifications.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Forklift license required. Must be able to pass tow motor test/obtain license within 2-week period.
    • Be able to lift 55 lbs.
    • Mechanically inclined.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
    Job Specific Qualifications:
    • Hydraulics experience.
    • Ability to perform basic job functions as outlined above.
    • Must successfully complete all required assessments.
    • Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds without injury.
    • Must be able to pass respirator fit test and pulmonary function testing.
    • Must be able to pass tow motor test and acquire license.
    • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software including the use of macros to collect, interpret, or display data.
    • Ability to utilize SAP to control inventory and request maintenance support.
    • Must obtain a HAZWOPER certification and Confined Space certification
    • Previous chemical and or plating experience preferred therefore members of the Finishing Focus Factory will be considered first
