    Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company:
    Sparks Group is searching for a client facing professional to manage front desk and customer service responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer phones, direct calls, greet visitors
    • Assist with order processing for Parts department
    • Contacting customers to follow up with orders
    • Provide information to customers and sales personnel regarding parts pricing, shipments, stock status or other general inquiries

    Qualifications/Background Profile:
    • High school Diploma or equivalent
    • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proficiency
    • Attention to detail, high level communication skills with internal and external customers
