    Description

    McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Systems Specialist for itsAmes MIS office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

    Responsibilities include: Technician responsible for imaging, configuring, deploying, and supporting new desktops and laptops as part of a Windows 10 enterprise deployment/migration at all McFarland locations in accordance with McFarland Clinic's customer service standards.

    Education

    • High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
    • Associate degree in Information Systems or related curriculum, or equivalent related experience preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
    Days: Monday - Friday. Flexible scheduling

    Hours: Looking for someone with at most 24 hours of availability per week, with some of those hours between 8 AM - 5 PM

    Experience
    • Experience with Windows 10 installation and administration.
    • Hardware and application and troubleshooting.
    • Previous experience in a customer service type role with strong customer service skills desirable.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast pace environment with demonstrated attention to detail to execute work properly the first time
