    Job DescriptionSalary: 16-18 DOE

    Seeking Compassionate Caregiver

    Are you a nurturing individual with a heart for helping others? We are currently searching for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

    Job Duties:

    1. Personal Care Assistance: Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the comfort and dignity of clients at all times.
    2. Medication Management: Assist clients with medication reminders to ensure adherence to medication schedules.
    3. Companionship: Offer emotional support, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in recreational activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
    4. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring that clients receive adequate nutrition.
    5. Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with mobility needs, including transferring, walking, and exercising, to promote physical health and independence.
    6. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living spaces, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
    7. Transportation: Provide transportation assistance for clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.
    8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activities, medication administration, and any changes in clients' condition, to ensure effective communication with healthcare professionals and family members.

    Qualifications:

    • Compassionate and empathetic nature
    • Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
    • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
