As a Rehabilitation Team Leader the employee supports the overall Mission and Vision of Valley Health by providing the highest quality and best-practice service to its customers The Team Leader may be employed in any one of the rehab settings and is responsible for administrative and patient care duties which support the Rehab Director and patient care needs of the department The Team Leader provides administrative support to the Rehab Director in terms of performance evaluations budgetary preparation and fiduciary management productivity and staffing as well as recognizes needs for and oversees program development process improvement initiatives As a clinician the Team Leader is an active member of the interdisciplinary team is responsive to physician referrals determines skilled medically necessary needs of patients
