Job summary
We are seeking an Account Representative to join our team at MSC Industrial Supply Co. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for selling MSC products in accordance with our Culture and Customer Service Standards.In this role, you will answer inbound calls in a specific on-site location to sell products and resolve customer issues by providing sales-related solutions using common and alternative sources of information.
You will also communicate customer concerns to management to ensure effective problem resolution and build customer relationships through exceptional levels of service.
