As a Skilled Staffing Coordinator You Will Schedule facility staff at appropriate levels as determined by the Director of Nursing (DON) Prepare shift schedules clearly communicate assignments to staff Ensure compliance with state staffing requirements forecast future staffing needs Exhibit excellent customer service maintain a positive attitude toward residents and staff Assist in emergency evacuations as needed Demonstrate dependability regular attendance Read write speak understand English fluently Sit stand bend lift push pull stoop walk reach intermittently during work hours
