    About the Job:

    Responsible for application implementation and basic support including monitoring application information, basic configuration and assisting with application testing and workflow analysis. The Application Analyst performs other IT-related activities at the discretion of the immediate supervisor or under the guidance of an Application Analyst II or higher.

    What You'll Do:

  • Maintain basic configuration / master files as needed to support daily operations.
  • Assist with testing of basic application changes and upgrades.
  • Assist with workflow analysis, testing and configuration as needed.
  • Provides basic support and education to users.
  • Develops and maintains working relationships to enhance ability to meet goals and users' objectives.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, as required by Director.
  • Demonstrate a basic working knowledge of assigned applications, concepts, and practices.
  • Participates in mandatory ITS meetings and complies with ITS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Complies with explicit instructions of ITS leadership regarding the operation of technology systems under the employee's responsibility.
  • Who You Are:

    Education: A High School diploma is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
    Licensure/Certificate: Vendor required certification in good standing (or proficiency if vendor accepts) for applications/modules employee is assigned to support. If not currently certified (or proficient) employee will have 6 months from their DOH (Date of Hire) or DOT (Date of Transfer) into a position that requires certification (proficiency).
    Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience using computer-based system(s) in a healthcare setting, analyst related role or equivalent related education is required.
