We are growing and looking to hire a Painter to assist in maintenance and repair at the Broadway Plaza in Rochester, MN.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Inspect and paint vacated apartments and complete required forms regarding painting.

    Repair holes in walls.

    Move furniture to access walls.

    Ensure that all vacated apartments are painted to "market ready" status in a timely manner.

    Work at a pace allowing for other maintenance personnel to complete their functions in the make-ready process.

    Perform all tasks in a neat and efficient manner; clean all brushes, rollers and equipment and return to designated storage facility at the end of each day.

    Use protective equipment when necessary and follow all safety procedures.
