MONDAY- FRIDAY 8am-5pm

[$14-16/HR]

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort and safety of their homes and schools.

What You'll DoProvide individualized one-on-one care to pediatric patients
Follow and document the patient's plan of care
Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
Educate and support families in caring for their child
