    We are currently recruiting for a Packer to join our team The Packer will play a crucial role in supporting our Finishing and Warehouse departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment however, we are willing to train

    Hours: Monday - Friday 10pm until 6a (+$2 shift differential)

    Responsibilities:
    • Pull master rolls from Press Department and move to Finishing staging area to be used by Rewind operators
    • Assemble boxes for use in packing finished goods
    • Place rolls of finished product in cartons, tape & label cartons of finished goods
    • Place completed cartons on skid or cart
    • Label completed skids and takes to scale for weighing
    • Convey finished skid to warehouse holding location to be placed into inventory
    • Replenishes stock of raw materials at each Rewind station and in the Rewind Area using pallet jack
    • Completes paperwork
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • One year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and frequently is required to walk
    • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance
