Finance Director

Northeast

Our client, an esteemed Critical Access Hospital, has asked our team to identify a Finance Director that will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning.

Lead financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounting.

Oversee federal reporting and Medicare cost reports.

Manage monthly financial close processes and year-end audits.

Supervise a team of four to five direct reports.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and analysis.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's preferred.

CPA preferred.

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance required, Critical Access experience a plus

Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
