- Accountable for maintaining a Retail Store Profit and Loss
- Responsible for creating a "Weekly Recap Report" in order to account for weekly sales and provide a week in review for the Director of Retail
- Ensure that Payroll timecard approvals for all Retail Store employees are approved before Monday morning.
- Schedule weekly touch-bases with the sales staff keeping specific goals and targets in mind with each staff member.
- Track sales orders to ensure that all of the product orders are accounted for at all times. Ensure that all sales dollars are accounted for, when the product will ship and create spreadsheets to track sales.
- Responsible for the Retail Store Schedule, as well as ensuring that all store schedules are created and posted at least two weeks in advance.
- Ensure that all Retail Store employees are properly trained.
- Cultivate a selling atmosphere by ensuring that clienteling is happening with each sales associate, part-time and full-time.
- Responsible for maintaining the top 10 SKU's per product category for every category weekly.
- Ensure that visual presentation is upheld within the Retail Store.
- RUN THE SALES FLOOR
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-end boutique or similar experience
- The ability to work a schedule consisting of days, nights, weekends and holidays on a consistent basis.

Position Summary:
The Store Manager partners with the Assistant Store Manager and Director of Retail to lead a profitable and customer-centric environment through the successful development of a team.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a single store including; hiring and developing talent, maintaining consistent store controls and applying merchant skills to curate a compelling customer experience.
