The House Monitors are responsible for monitoring the safety and security of Phase 1 or Phase 2 Hope Has a Home Medical Respite Program at Volunteers of America.Responsibilities
- Appropriately respond to any crisis, emergency or trauma which occurs
- De-escalating potential resident conflicts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all agency and resident information.
