Job Description

Responsible for governance and management of data
architecture, technical design and end-to-end solution enabling
data analytics. Additionally, the role will assist with
modernizing data and analytics platforms to support the
increasing emphasis on data driven decision making.
How you will contribute
Partners with MSC, MDS, CAT to understand business goals
and initiatives and formulate migration plans to achieve
desired
outcomes.
Leads the development and implementation of data solution
and governance of data architecture and data management
tools.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process
improvement and optimization in implementation
methodologies, tools, and
frameworks.
Manages overall data architecture and manages, develops,
prioritizes and recommends initiatives to improve and build
upon the data architecture to support the
business.
Responsible for data management tools (Alteryx, DVW, etc.,)
and best practice for automation and simplification in
creating reports/dashboards and analytical
models.
Monitor current and future trends in technology which will
positively affect organizational
decisions.
Act as the liaison for digital transformation projects and
business units needing direction with digital data
transformation (BOBJ retirement, SAP S4 Hana, D4GV, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to build strategy and
execute the data & analytics agenda in support of
platform upgrade/changes.
Uses extensive knowledge of a range of data platform
including data contained, how collected, where and how
stored, and interrelationships to understand impact to
D&A.
Coordinate with other technical/functional (MDS/CAT)
teams to implement data platforms; align on scope,
RACI, Project Plan and resourcing.
Partner with MBS in maintaining and modifying
the system tables
and other processes for loading
and maintaining data.
Execute the business analytics program agenda using a
methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what
data enablement will deliver.
Understand advanced methods of data acquisition for
multiple types of data sources, including ETL batch
processing, streaming ingestion and scrapers, or APIs.
Leads Change Management for Platform changes.
Identify and incubate best-in-class internal talent
and supplement
with external partners to drive delivery
on strategic projects.
Technical Skills
:
Data Platforms, Data Ingestion Tools, Development Tools,
Programming Languages, Data Exploration Visualization
CI/CD, DevOps,
DataOps
Knowledge of tools like Azure, GCP, TDV, Power BI, etc.
SAP ECC, S4 HANA a plus
Technical Documentation
CDMP Certification a plus

Job specific requirements:
7+ years leading technical teams.
3+ years in Supply Chain and Sales.
3+ years of Project Management experience.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
BS or MS in Analytics Preferred
Remote role within the USA.
