Job Description
At IPS we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting architecture engineering project controls procurement construction management and CQV of technically complex facilities primarily in the life sciences industry.
We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join our talented team at our job site near Zeeland MI.In this role you will lead specific construction site activities including specific trades and manage parts of the field operations on projects.
You will be responsible for supporting the Project Director Project Manager Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent in the oversight of work progress subcontractor manpower and correct work coordination between the trades.+ Qualifications & Requirements:+- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree
- 5+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline
- Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments which may include exposure to varying working conditions
