    Description

    Job Title: Front End Medical Assistant

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a dedicated Front End Medical Assistant to join our team in a busy oncology center. Your main tasks will involve patient check-ins, phone communication, appointment scheduling, and maintaining patient records. This role demands strong customer service skills and empathy, as you will be assisting patients during challenging times. Given that our facility handles a high volume of over 200 patients daily, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting is crucial.

    Work Setting

    Located in Naples, FL, our outpatient cancer center operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
