Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring an order picker in Nashville, TN. Order picker will be picking orders in a warehouse setting as well as be using a sit-down forklift when needed. A minimum of six months sit-down forklift experience is required. Previous clamp truck experience a plus.

Sit-down Forklift Operator Summary:

• $19 per hour
• 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Monday - Friday
• Temporary to hire
• 401k and company profit sharing available once hired

Sit-down Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Sit-down forklift operator will pick various materials/inventory in a warehouse setting.
• Sit-down forklift operator will operate a sit-down forklift when needed.
• Sit-down forklift operator will palletize and organize inventory.
• Sit-down forklift operator will use a sit-down forklift to unload and load pallets and varying materials.
• Sit-down forklift operator will follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Sit-down forklift operator will maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Sit-down Forklift Operator Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of six months sit-down forklift experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend and twist for a majority of shift.
• Must have steel or composite toe shoes.
