As a member of the Compliance, Regulatory and Reporting (CRR) Sales Team you will be responsible for promoting the CRR Services and Solutions within your territory.
Partnering with Executive Leadership to promote regulatory compliance consulting services, annual reviews, SEC Mock Exams, managed compliance programs, Outsourced CCO, Code of Ethics, trade analytics, regulatory risk assessments and cyber analysis.
Your target market will span across Registered Investment Advisors, Broker Dealers, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and PE Firms in the designated territory.
Other clients, prospects or partners may also be added.
As a sales executive you will collaborate with executive leadership of CRR, Marketing, Product Management and the Business Line Owners to develop a pipeline of opportunities in your territory, manage the opportunities through the sales process and contract closure.
You will be responsible for the assigned quota for new sales and professional services into the existing client base and new accounts.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will need a bachelor's degree from an accredited University or equivalent industry experience,
7+ years of enterprise sales experience, including experience selling software solutions or data to financial institutions.
Working knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Commission regulation, FINRA regulation and Registered Investment Companies is an asset.
You may have worked as a 'Enterprise Sales Director', or 'Sales Director'.

Salary Range:
$130,000 to $150,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
