Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Operations at Virginia Commonwealth University will share the responsibility for the operations of the Custodial Services Department Assist in formulating policies and direct operations work with staff in all matters of cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and develop and maintain an environment where safety is first.Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with established policies and practices of the facility
- Directs and conducts safety sanitation maintenance programs; while maintaining excellent relationships with client customer
