JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST:

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
National Certification Examination completion
Minimum of 1 year supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
Eligibility to work in the United States
Active OT license in Texas
