    The Business Services Representative role offers an exciting opportunity to provide cash management solutions to commercial and business banking relationships. This position delivers a full range of business deposits and related services to clients. As a BSR, you will partner with Business and Commercial Bankers as a subject matter expert in business deposits and related business services, while also self-sourcing new business opportunities.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Collaborate with business and commercial bankers on joint calls to clients and prospects, leveraging your expertise in business deposits and treasury solutions.
    • Develop business relationships through networking and establishing referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
    • Introduce customers to other branch team members or bank partners who can provide solutions for their financial needs.

    **Requirements for Success:**

    **Qualifications:**

    This position requires:

    • A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in sales or financial services sales.
    • PREFERRED AREAS OF EXPERIENCE:
      • Business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, treasury management.
    • A valid driver's license is required, as frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc., is necessary.

    **Compensation:** The base pay for this position in California is typically between $69,375 and $120,250 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. In addition, total compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards outlined in the offer of employment.
