    Job DescriptionWorthington Enterprises is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst Intern This intern will dive deep into the world of supply chain planning and take part in multiple supply-related process improvement projects.

    For example, this position will assist in the development of the helium supply planning process and with coordinating the timely processing and delivery of material from manufacturer to customer.

    The SC Analyst Intern will be heavily involved with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as on-time delivery, aged inventory, and warehouse capacity.

    Responsibilities

    • Local facility production reports and automating
    • Creates a helium supply planning process to better facilitate decision-making, reporting, and communication of how the supply of helium gas aligns with production of finished goods. Key metrics include but aren't limited to service level and working capital savings.
    • Assists in building PowerPoint decks that reflect the S&OP communication structure and process for both supply and demand planning
    • Develops, reconciles, and submits sales forecast updates
    • Determines Inventory health and defines a standard process - building from Water to other BPG groups
    • Reviews finished good and raw material MRP settings and implements changes based on statistical analysis of consumption and stakeholder recommendation
    • Provides timely completion of deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
