Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg

Baptist Works is seeking a highly skilled travel nurse RN Med Surg to join their team in Montgomery, Alabama.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Specialty: Med Surg
Discipline: RN (Registered Nurse)
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Shift: 12 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

The RN position requires general supervision and coordination of the activities of nursing personnel on days, evenings, nights, and weekends/holidays. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and continuity of patient care, support Baptist Health's philosophy and objectives, and possess excellent communication skills.

Position Qualifications:

A current AL nursing license and 1 year of experience in the applied field
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Additional specialty certification for assigned unit as applicable (PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS)

Key Skills:

Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety, and infection control standards
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
