    PRN opportunity, providing supplemental support to therapy team, evenings, weekends, vacations, etc. A unique opportunity for a therapist with a passion for the physical and mental well being of our Senior population. Behavioral Health.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide evidence based treatment from patient plan of care
    • Communicate effectively with others about patient care
    • Supervise Rehabilitation Aide
    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold an Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • An active state license is required where services are being provided to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
