IT Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with company in the sand and mineral mining industry on an IT Business Analyst opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of current business processes.
• Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and drive decision-making.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of projects.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders across different business functions.
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
