    Hematology/Oncology Physician

    Required Skills:
    Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology (Triple Boarded)
    Minnesota Medical License (IMLC accepted)
    Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Hematology and Oncology
    EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
    DEA certification and BLS certification
    Ability to perform malignant hematology procedures
    Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
    Flexibility to handle inpatient care, take call, and participate in infusion services


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Experience in solid tumor oncology and infusion therapy
    Past work in hospital or cancer institute settings
    Multilingual abilities or cultural competency in diverse patient populations


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
    Proven track record in inpatient Hematology/Oncology services
    At least 2 years of post-residency experience in a comparable setting


    Other Requirements:
    Availability to start on 04/13/2026
    Willingness to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities
    Support from Advanced Practice Providers during weekdays; no APP support during weekends or emergencies
    Potential shifts at United Hospital (St. Paul) and Cambridge Medical Center (Cambridge)
    Clear background and credentialing within approximately 90 days; emergency privileges possible with a clean record
    Ability to support 30-40 patients per day, including inpatient care and malignant hematology procedures
