- Able to work an average of 20-40 hours per week
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a criminal background
- Must pass Pre-Employment drug screening
- First Aid / CPR / AED - (Can obtain after hire)
- Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Weekend work is required
- ADL and IADL care and support
- Light housekeeping
- Menu planning and meal serving
- Laundry and linen change
- Transportation/shopping
- Bathing and dressing assistance
- Safety and companionship
- Do you have reliable transportation?
- Do you have an Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card?
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
- State of Arizona Caregiver Certification - but not required (Preferred)
