**Description**

**This position pays $16.15 (including shift premium) per hour with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations.**

Pulls totes and/or packages from conveyor or pallet and performs final inspection verifying part numbers, quantities, and customer requirements. Prints barcodes per customer specifications, attaches barcodes and prints packing slips. Retrieves and/or prints correct certification documentation per order and completes required information on documentation.

Prepares parts to be picked up by outside company for value added services and inspects parts upon return from outside company to ensure value added services were correctly performed.

Packs customers order when required, determines proper pricing to charge customer and adds charges to order in system; delivers bulk freight product to Shipping.

Provides necessary customer web portal processing, part inspection, and shipping support for a variety of external customers per their specifications and may be subject to additional certification per customers request.

May be called upon to occasionally operate pallet jack, remove, and stack totes from conveyor, or be trained on material handling equipment with certification if needed.

Ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery within the areas of assigned responsibility. Meets established quality goals in relation to errors measured as parts per million produced and productivity goals as defined by Management. Actively participates in job qualification audits and strictly adheres to all established standard operating procedures.

Maintains acceptable time and attendance based on TTI policies defined by Human Resources and Operations; available to work overtime as required due to business demands.

Demonstrates a positive team oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments in full collaboration and cooperation with others to complete all work assignments according to expectations and in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Contributes to the ongoing success of the entire operations team by willingly accepting and embracing other duties as required, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, works with a sense of urgency, and maintains an overall positive attitude focused on delivery of desired results for TTI.

Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safe operating policies and expectations; notifies management of any observed safety hazards.

Supports daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Performs FOD (foreign object detection) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained.

Actively cross trains in other areas, as required, outside of primary job function.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
