- Knowledge of mortgage product and solutions (Non-Agency products are a plus), including regulatory and product guidelines
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, with medium to advanced Excel skills and database management, familiarity with standard mortgage operating systems

- Minimum of 3 years previous experience with first mortgage processing and/or underwriting, including experience with secondary market. Knowledge of Non-Agency and jumbo guidelines a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze, reason, problem-solve and prioritize work independently.

Job DescriptionDescriptionProvides expert guidance to Brokers submitting applications for Company' Non-Agency (Non-QM) and Jumbo Products. This position is the single point of contact for a group of brokers assigned to the position. The position is responsible in part to provide program and system delivery expertise while assisting the broker in monitoring their pipeline and closing loans monthly with Company. They will facilitate all positive and where required, escalate issues into the team to ensure "white glove" service through to the closing of each loan. This position will work on-site in our Bloomington, MN office.Responsibilities and Duties:
