- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for our Telecom OSS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse user needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to meet growing demands.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Java Developer, preferably in the Telecom sector.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- In-depth knowledge of Telecom protocols, standards, and technologies (e.g., SIP, Diameter, SNMP).
- Experience with Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems) architecture and workflows.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and distributed computing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
