    Job Description
    The Director of Market Access & Reimbursement is responsible for developing programs and systems to enable access to Trice technologies within clinics, ASCs, and Hospital Systems across the US. This position will work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify strategies and tactics to ensure the value propositions are clear and best positioned within the market, including establishment of pricing strategies tailored to each center of care.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years experience with medical device coding and reimbursement
    • Medical device startup experience preferred
    • Previously demonstrated project leadership
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
    • Ability to effectively problem-solve through critical thinking and root-cause analysis with minimal direction and make decisions with confidence
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to change
    • High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of accountability
    • This position requires 15%-25% travel

    Job Requirements

    • Value Proposition – develop and maintain physician/facility and payer value propositions for each product and application.
    • Pricing – manage and advise on all aspects of pricing and pricing approval.
    • Reimbursement - manage, negotiate and maintain favorable reimbursement of all new and existing products in the US.
    • Coding Reference Materials – deploy and maintain resources for both commercial team members, physician users, and facilities to aid with establishing best practices as it relates to Trice products, for clinical coding in customer facilities.
    • Communication – set up and/or maintain a communication forum for delivering latest news/developments to the company and relevant stakeholders (e.g. distributor partners) to ensure message alignment and aid further strategy development.
    • Strategies - Develop and implement Market Access Strategies & develop and implement Key Account management strategies within the access environment.
    • Clinical Data – take a leading role in assessing any outcomes studies and the application thereof to the local market.
    • Society Relationship Management – facilitate relationships ship key society stakeholders to establish network of support to aid with
