Must be able to work 3 days/week onsite in Framingham, MA (T, W, TH) – Monday and Friday will be remote

Focus:
You will be working with a Sr. Recruiter as the Sourcing Specialist for Permanent non technical roles on the Talent Acquisition team

We are looking for a skilled Sourcer to work with the Talent Acquisition team including a Sr. Recruiter. You will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for crucial roles across multiple departments within the company.

Your job will be to develop a sourcing strategy and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.

We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.
Responsibilities
Develop and incorporate an effective sourcing strategy
Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
Arrange sourcing materials
Post job ads on the company's website and relevant job boards
Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience
Follow up with successful candidates and update the company's internal records
Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process
Requirements
Must be able to handle a req load of 15-25 openings
Experience with Non-Technical roles including Sales, Marketing, Finance etc
4+ years of previous sourcing in recruitment (combination of agency and in house preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
