    • HVAC Equipment Service and Repair:
    • Perform service and repair tasks on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment, including troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions. This involves repairing or replacing faulty components, ensuring proper functionality, and restoring equipment to optimal performance.

    * *Preventative Maintenance:
    • Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent potential issues and ensure their smooth operation. This includes performing routine inspections, cleaning, lubricating parts, checking electrical connections, and identifying any signs of wear or potential problems.
    * *System Testing and Analysis:
    • Utilize testing equipment and tools to analyze the performance of HVAC systems. This may involve measuring temperatures, pressure levels, airflow rates, and energy efficiency.

    Customer Service and Communication:

    • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their HVAC concerns and providing recommendations for repairs, maintenance, or system upgrades

    Documentation and Reporting:
    *Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities, including documenting work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations or observations


    Compliance and Safety:

    • Adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies during all HVAC-related tasks. Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, follow safety protocols, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
