- Diagnose and treat speech and language disorders in students from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with school staff.
- Offer guidance and coaching to school staff and parents on how to support the communication needs of students.
- Regularly assess and document student progress, adapting methods as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
- Must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Required to have an active Indiana state SLP license.
- Preferred ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, though not mandatory.
