Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including requirements definition market analysis supplier evaluation and selection
- Develop and maintain category strategies that balance cost savings supply assurance risk management quality service
- Negotiate complex contracts commercial agreements protect company interests foster strong supplier partnerships
- Collaborate with engineering operations finance stakeholders drive procurement best practices.
- Analyze market trends supply chain risks inform sourcing decisions long-term planningSupport departmental KPIs performance metrics continuous improvement efforts
