Schedule Options:

Monday: 5a-3p, 46 hours
Tuesday: 10p-7a, 46 hours
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 10p-7a, 46 hours
Friday: 9:30p-7a, 46 hours
Saturday: 5:30a-2:30p, 46 hours
Sunday: Off

Job Summary

The Relief/Night Assistant Manager at QuikTrip ensures that the shift team meets QT Standards of Store Operations and operates the store according to Policies & Procedures and Training Guides.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Relations: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and free of hazards.
Business Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and employee supervision.
Employee Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees to help them succeed in their roles.

Requirements

Education: High School Graduate or GED
Experience: Retail store sales experience preferred
Skills: Pleasant disposition, patience, self-motivation, and ability to work unsupervised; strong communication skills (verbal and written) with customers, vendors, and employees

Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
