    Job Description

    GENERAL SUMMARY

    As a part of the team supporting clinical research managers, you'll be handling clinical trials. Your main tasks will involve managing trials, gathering data, guiding participants on study goals, and conducting surveys.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide care and collect data according to the study protocol and good clinical research practices.
    • Screen potential subjects for the study based on specific criteria.
    • Coordinate and oversee the trial, communicate with sponsors and authorities, manage visits, sampling, and product accountability.
    • Manage data collection, develop source documents, handle patient registration, adverse events, and more.
    • Maintain accurate records of study drug distribution, coordinate subject samples for analysis.
    • Conduct patient visits, data collection, and preparation for monitor visits.
    • Schedule appointments, ensure necessary tests are completed as per protocol.
    • Handle study start-up requirements, update Investigator's Brochures and protocols, maintain study documents.
    • Complete necessary documentation, manage medical assessments, and biological sample collection.
    • Manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), Investigational Product (IP), and essential study documents.
    • Maintain the supply chain, coordinate study activities, and ensure required trainings are completed.
    • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.
    • Medical Assistant Certification.
    • License and certifications as per state requirements.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Experience with EPIC software preferred.
    • 1-3 years of related experience.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, database management, and healthcare coding systems.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in using computer programs, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to deliver exceptional patient service, work independently, and manage deadlines.
    • Compliance with health and safety policies, HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
    • Build effective relationships with patients, colleagues, physicians, and the public.
    • Handle interactions with challenging individuals professionally and compassionately.
