    Johnson Service Group is recruiting Customer Sales Support Representatives for our global client in Raleigh, NC. This will be an onsite, contract position that will be hybrid/remote once fully trained. Candidates should have a strong inside sales and B2B customer support background.

    Responsibilities
    • Customer Service Representative role is responsible for coordinating daily work activities with outside Account Managers to manage customer needs in large utility and industrial customers with a focus on the power products/systems sector.
    • Responsibilities include order entry and tracking, order management with local business units, timely response to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints and needs.
    • Challenges include, developing and maintaining solid customer relationships, ensuring follow-through on customer issues, ability to manage large number of customer orders and quotations.
    Experience Details
    • 3 years of B2B Customer Support & Inside Sales experience
    • General knowledge of Power Transmission & Distribution Products / Systems & Power Generation
    • Must have knowledge and skills in utilization of CRM's & web portals
    • Knowledge of programs such as SAP and SFDC )Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
