Position:
Product Lister
Are you detail-oriented and love bringing products to life online? We're looking for a Product Lister who thrives on organization, accuracy, and building a beautiful e-commerce store.
As a Product Lister for our Shopify home décor stores, you'll transform supplier data into compelling, ready-to-sell product listings using our proven systems, AI tools, and detailed SOPs.
Key ResponsibilitiesList up to 25 products per store daily following our step-by-step SOP
Use AI prompts to generate optimized titles and descriptions (then refine them)
Accurately input product variants (sizes, colors, materials) from supplier data
Upload and format product images according to brand guidelines
Set competitive pricing using margin calculator and pricing rules
Organize products into collections with proper tags and SEO optimization
Quality-check every listing for accuracy before publishing
Track work and report daily progress in project management system
What We're Looking For
Required:
Shopify experience - Know the admin panel inside and out
Laser-sharp attention to detail - One pricing error can cost hundreds
Process-driven mindset - Love SOPs and following systems
Self-motivated and reliable - Work independently without constant supervision
Tech-savvy - Comfortable with AI tools, spreadsheets, and learning new platforms
English proficiency - For light editing of AI-generated descriptions
Available 40 hours/week - Consistent availability for ongoing work
Preferred:
Previous e-commerce or product listing experience

$4-6/hour based on experience and speed (negotiable)
40 hours per week with potential for additional stores
Paid trial period to ensure we're a great fit
