Overview:

L'Addetto alle Vendite la guida finale dei clienti nell'ambito dei loro acquisti. Il merchandising Hard Rock una parte fondamentale della nostra attivit, che richiede una persona speciale per dar vita a tale tipo di esperienza.

Responsibilities:

In qualit di Addetto alle Vendite, avrai il compito di guida, comunicatore, intrattenitore, memorabilia curator e musicista (dritto al cuore). Le funzioni di base dell'Addetto alle Vendite comprendono:

Dare il benvenuto ai clienti
Rispondere alle domande - in modo accurato ed educato
Rispondere al telefono
Eseguire le operazioni di vendita in modo accurato - utilizzando un apposito sistema di point-of-sale
Maneggiare denaro contante e altre forme di pagamento
Mantenere una sufficiente quantit di contante per i resti
Indirizzare i clienti alle varie aree e ai servizi
Dar prova di un'impeccabile conoscenza del prodotto
Comprendere le necessit dei clienti - coinvolgendoli in una conversazione a tu-per-tu e informandoli sulle caratteristiche e i vantaggi dei prodotti
Vendere con abilit - utilizzando tecniche comprovate (per esempio articoli collegati, prodotti di qualit maggiore, frasi transitorie)
Mantenere il negozio pulito e ordinato
Mantenere adeguati livelli di scorta dei prodotti - tramite inventario
Esporre gli articoli di vendita - tramite i modelli espositivi standard HRC
Curare l'apertura, la chiusura e gli adempimenti relativi - pulire i bicchieri, lucidare gli ottoni, spazzare e passare l'aspirapolvere sul pavimento, riordinare i prodotti, etc.
Assicurare il pieno soddisfacimento di ciascun cliente
Dare vita a ricordi indimenticabili
Intrattenere gli ospiti facendone dei "Raving Fans".

Qualifications:

I requisiti per questo lavoro comprendono:

Avere almeno 18 anni
Adempiere compiti che richiedono di piegarsi e alzarsi
Sollevare scatole che possono pesare fino a 13,60 Kg per ricevere/spostare la merce
Stare in piedi per pi di 8 ore
Mantenere una bella presenza (having a plan)
Conformarsi alle direttive in materia di uniforme
Mettere in pratica le direttive in materia di salute e sicurezza
Riciclare i prodotti, ove possibile
Rimanere calmo nell'ambito di un'atmosfera frenetica e movimentata
Dar prova di un alto livello di organizzazione, cura per il dettagli e sense-of-urgency
Mostrare un atteggiamento positivo e amichevole nei confronti degli ospiti
Farsi portatore dei 5 valori chiave e obiettivi di HRC
