- Collaborate with Product Managers to evaluate input from multiple stakeholders to develop detailed functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in Agile processes such as backlog refinement, sprint review, release planning, and daily standups.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including group facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Assess the impact of changes on upcoming projects and releases.
- Work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to establishing the product roadmap and communication with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress, identifying risks during the process.
- Provide support to ensure product documentation is considered at each stage of development.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in the Software Development Life Cycle.
- 1 to 2 years in a Product Analyst role or similar role.
- Proficient in teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Project Management methodology.
- Working knowledge of Jira Atlassian.
- Healthcare experience or familiarity with healthcare terminology is preferred.

About the Position
